When i try to create an " etc " folder it tells me that it can't because there already is one
And yes i have hidden files/folders on view

When i go into the Drivers folders there is no " etc " folder, but even if i try to make one it tells me that i can't because it has the same name as folder already there

Gone through the tips but when i try to save the hosts file via notepad it tells me it cant create the blah blah blah file.
Anyone?
