Its not even there in the first place, and yes i have XP and am looking in the right folder
There must be a way to create a hosts file and then stick it in a newly created " etc " folder ?

That's my hosts file. C&P it into Notepad and Save as XWINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
