Whilst I was there I had a look to see if there was a megadrive and Goal! game. That was the true Kick Off 3 for my money. Awesome game.

I had the ST version. Maybe the graphics weren't quite as good as the Amiga's, but the gameplay was faster.

I remember KO2, it was great. Not as much fun as Sensi though, that was the king of old-style footy games.
Anyone remember a magazine released a demo verion of Sensi where you could play with WW2 teams and the ball was a grenade? It bounced round randomly, a bit like a rugby ball, and then started flashing at which point it would explode. If your player was near it at this point he'd get killed.
Great fun as a 2 player game, waiting until the grenade started flashing then rolling it gently towards the opposition GK!

Goal! was fffb (All of them were actually) - editing the Hailsham Town team in only for 6' 4" clogger Jez Creed to score with a bicycle kick against VFB Stuttgart

Player Manager probably my fondest gaming memory alongside CM94. Thought this was going to be a link to a freeware version

hilariously, Dino Dini still bears grudges via the internet against people that gave his games bad reviews nearly 15 years ago - even writing bad songs on youtube about them
