used to have Kick-Off, Player Manager too
thought I really liked the genre seeing I was addicted to CM
big mistake, nowhere near as good as CM

Had Kick Off 2 for the SNES (might have been Super Kick Off).
It was awful.

you play KO2 on a Amiga, with a kempston joystick.
that's all.
No kempston = no KO2.

Goal was made by Dino Dini IIRC but published by another software house.
Kick Off 2002 was made by Steve Screech and was truer to the originals than Goal and also cutomisable with strips and sounds, an altogether much better game.

Goal! was an extemely under rated game. I loved the one touch finish when you were bearing down on goal.
Speedking > any other joystick.
