I remember KO2, it was great. Not as much fun as Sensi though, that was the king of old-style footy games.
Anyone remember a magazine released a demo verion of Sensi where you could play with WW2 teams and the ball was a grenade? It bounced round randomly, a bit like a rugby ball, and then started flashing at which point it would explode. If your player was near it at this point he'd get killed.
Great fun as a 2 player game, waiting until the grenade started flashing then rolling it gently towards the opposition GK!
balls. Kick Off 2 shits over Sensi from a great height.
Played it for 10 years on my Amiga untill PES started getting amazy and my Amiga started dying.
Been looking for an Amiga emulator for my psp so i can play Ko2 on that, if anyone can help?
Goal was made by Dino Dini IIRC but published by another software house.
Kick Off 2002 was made by Steve Screech and was truer to the originals than Goal and also cutomisable with strips and sounds, an altogether much better game.
