Oh and another thing, how bloody close was he to giving a foul away with his cue on the table, he just dropped it and walked off, that White came so close to hitting it

For anyone who didn't see what happened in the Q/F match between Daryl Peach and Francisco Bustamante at 9-10 (11) it was quite incredible Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
Correct decision of course, i've been ref so many times that have nearly led to fights in situations like those, obviously not at a World Q/F |

MON Peach \o/
Just watched the final, fb.
Didn't realise it was on at 6:30 am so recorded the 11:30-2am showing. The program started and they went straight in at rack 9
Then made a sudden jump from like 8-6 to Peach went to a break, came back and it was 12-12
Was the whole of the final shown in the 6:30 showing? as that was only listed from 6:30-9, 2 + 1/2 hrs like the 11:30-2 repeat.
Still what they showed in the repeat was enough, a great match, at times due to excitement as opposed to skill.

yeah the whole final was shown, i recorded it and it was 272 mins long. I woke up to SSN and the first thing on the caption i saw was Daryl Peach wins Word Championships, so it got ruined for me.

| As world champion it would be hard for him not to be picked. It'll be interesting to see how he gets on, he doesn't strike me like a Mosconi Cup type of player.

| The TV guide on Sky said it had finished, so I went out thinking I had missed it. Got back in to find Peach 15-13 down.

Just watched the videos of the Bustamante semi final incident.
Was so close you can forgive him contesting it, but he watched the replay then carried on protesting and calling for the TD.
Then at the end when Peach went to shake his hand he shook his hand but just turned his head right away from Peach.
Ignorant ****er, lost all respect for the fat ugly twat, hope he never wins the world title.
Sore loser.
Rant over!

| Interesting fact for you, you'll probably already know this
Peach was part of the 1995 squad that beat the USA 16-15

Looking it up, he only won 2 of his 6 matches in a crazy team of Peach, Higgins, White, Kendall, Storm, Davis and Ortmann, just three 9-ball players in the team.
