They'll prolly ban them for a certain period say a week or something till the game actually comes out if they actually do anything tbh. I can't see them banning them for a period of time or completely banning people for Argo's mistake tbh. But it is MS and they'll do anything to protect their franchises and stuff leaking out and I mean anything.

yeah that's my thoughts on it as well, it's not the customer's fault, however if you technically think about it - anybody who wants the game will know the offical release date is 26th September and because Argos isn't a major games vendor, they've deceived them in a way by buying the product a week early

although I doubt anyone on the XB forums or anyone who got it early will think in that way, shouldn't be punished for it though

Not sure they'll be able to legally ban people considering they've paid for the live service and have actually paid for the game too.

It's probably a scare tactic just to stop people buying it early. Can't see any direct quotes so it might just be something they've put out there as a warning.
