yeah good to see so many enjoy trips to our little ground
sometimes we give the entire darwen end stand to the away support, so cant see any clubs having any problem in getting everyone who wants to make the trip a ticket.
what does folk think is so good about blackburn away, i have been there a few times (for the home support obviously) but found it just the same as any other game i been to.

| Just the whole experience for me. When I went in 1990, 4000 of us made the trip for what was then a 2nd division game. We were housed in the old away end, which was nothing more than a terrace covered with a tin roof. The toilets were shocking, but it was a good trip made even better by Liam O'Brien's last minute winner.
Ewood had changed a lot when I had my next visit, back in 2004 (I think). Went down early in the car with my mate, Mick. Got to The Fenhurst, found a place at the bar and watched the African Cup of Nations on the big screen. Pub filled up closer to KO - lots of good natured singing, etc. Then to the match - finished 1-1 (Bellamy scored). No hassle getting home, and was back in Newcastle for 1am. A good day out. |

In Britain, Peterborough's usually fun. Decent turnout, ace bit of old school terracing for away fans. They're such hateful ***** too, it's like visiting a pantomime.

Blackburn and Aston Villa.
Both top aways. Been many times to both and enjoy everytime. I went to Spurs last season for the first time, that was also very good.

as a one-off i have a fair few choices, winning the division 1 title at maine road in '97, the utterly mental playoff game at portman road in '99 and winning at old trafford in '02
as for general year-on-year away days, blackburn is generally good, last year was awesome when we took 7,000 and won with some serious luck
wba always a good one also

Anyone been to Killie and tasted their world famous pies? I've got Fir Park, Ibrox and Killie to come this season I think.
