Yup, the story said Washington 'state', not Washington. Seattle is in the state of Washington, North Western corner of USA. Seems the US loves to have cities and states named the same in different areas of the country, such as New York and New York State... crazy yanks eh!

HAHAH DUMB YANKS

Reminds me of my Aussie friend back in middle school who wanted to see what it's like down the barrel of a gun when you fire it. So he fired it looking straight in. Luckily for him he's a bad shot and just missed his eye. Left a nasty mark though. BB gun btw
