True, I did over-argue my point. What I'm really saying is that this kid was obviously very messed up, had talked about suicide before etc, and hanging herself was a completely disproportionate response to what happened to her. Again, I think the bullying was despicable, but I can't agree with the people who say they should be criminally liable for her death, because
imo the kid's reaction was more down to her own instability than the bullying itself. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Now I'm only in my first year of my Law degree but I'm sure someone more experienced could argue that.

Possibly true, yet American Laws are greatly different to that in the Uk I suppose
