You can't really argue that it's not racist, I'm surprised that people are trying to do that. Whether you care or not is a different issue, but it is and what he said isn't right.
He probably should be disciplined in some way, but having what's left of his brain being destroyed by an in-form calzaghe will probably be enough.
i think the whole talking it up thing before boxing is pretty pathetic (actually i think the entire sport is pretty pathetic)
i remember having an argument with some americans a while ago (very intelligent, librel minded ones, a physicsist and a philosophy major) after i called something racist and they said it couldnt be because it was from black to white. they seemed to believe something being racist was different to racial prejudice and involved historic context of oppresion. not sure where i am going with this.
The guy's a boxer, he's hardly got the mental capacity to know what day it is, let alone string some words together to make a sentence.
Anyway it's a moot point as Calzage would whip his black ass into next week.
