It doesn’t matter which team I’m playing with: some obscure team or Barcelona.
And it doesn’t matter how I setup the status of my players…
But so many teams want my players!
It’s somehow ridiculous. I just renewed the contract of Kompany (nice defender, try him!) but still Real, AC Milan, Manchester United or trying to buy him.
Anyone a hint to prevent that other teams would tear my players in parts?

This is not happening in reality. If Barcelona resigned a player is having no problems with him, he is playing a lot then other teams are not interested in him already 3 days after the new signed contract!
Will that not lower their morale and in the end the squad morale anyway?
set the players to transfer listed then set a really high asking price so no team will be intersted. at first lots of teams will be intrested but as soon as they see you asking they wont bid. your players will be a bit upset at first but after about 2-3 weeks they will be fine. good luck

So I can't use them anymore for 2-3 weeks?
And after that time, they will not want to fly away?
I don't get fully, why people complain about other clubs being interested in their players.
It means you have good players which other clubs want, it happens in real life, thats why theres a transfer market. Its much the same as you bugging a club for a player even though they constantly reject your offers.
Set them as not available and reject all offers then you won't have to do anything when a bid somes in for them.

That's what I do. But it happens that they ask 20 times for the same player in 2 weeks times (even by the same clubs...)
And that's the whole point. If I set it to ‘Reject All Offers’, I would expect it would automatically reject all offers, while it isn't.
