For league without resrve (like Italy) it work and allow player to play in the team primavera or it's a useless option?

It is useless...unless you arrange a reserves friendly. If you want to keep you players in shape I suggest you drop a couple into the U20s before they play using the 'until match fit' option.

contrary to the above comment, it works in italy but you have to arrange friendlies.

the reserve league in the UK isnt much use for keeping match fitness as theres a game once every 2 or so weeks.

the reason why moving them to the u20's is that only 2 over 21's are allowed to play in games.

so its useless if you need to get a few people match fit..
