Problems I've encountered:

will issues like these be fixed in the new patch ?

i recently started unemployed and got offerd a job with newport county with 5 games left , and the confidence section said they where dissapointed with preformances in cups , transfers etc , even though i had only been in charge for a day , alo the board expected me to be preforming slightly better . hopefully bugs like these will be sorted out

Your problems regarding confidence should be addressed in the forthcoming patch which should be available, if testing goes ok, by the middle of this week.

Not sure I agree with your comments regarding young players being exempt from criticism.

should be something dependant on age/price for a player, this doesnt seem to be taken into account. A few times i have bought a young cheap player for the future with no intention of playing him immediately, or a cheap aging player purely as backup. with next to no money spent on these players it really shouldnt matter what the fans think. they should only really have an opinion if the club spends above "x" amount either on the transfer fee or their wages imo. obviously if you play the player regularly and he's cack thats a different matter.

I support spurs and i couldnt care less if we signed some tosspot from league 2 for peanuts and low salary, just in case he gets good. no real risk is there? if we spend a few mill on someone i then might be bothered.

I'm West Ham, after 29 games I'm 3rd in the Premier League and am in the Quarter Finals of the FA Cup. Ok I got hammered by Chelsea in the 2nd Round of the League Cup but my Board are

"Satisfied"!!!

My performance in the Transfer Market they are "satisfied". Considering they only give me 6 Million I'm not surprised!!

What do you need to do??

I really hope they sort this out in the patch because I reckon I'm gonna get sacked unless I win the Cup and Premiership!!
