Player received red card in friendly match and has been out in league match.
95% of goals scored by my players with head are fouls.
Too many red cards.
Too many offsides and canceled goals.
Many times when oppsoite side score a goal, my player start alone from the center or give the ball to opposite player.
Some players which are on loan can accept "make an offer" and some not.

Sometimes board say that they will improve number of seats for 4500 and at the end of the season I see that total number of seats is 4500 (OMG)
Sometimes I have already used two replacement players during the game and when I want to make third the game won't let me to do so.

During the transfer period, I sell some players for bunch of millions and when my player leave, I don't receive the money as money arriwe on balance prof/los and not on remainig budget.
When you play with Juventus, board take a 200 milions loan to make a new court.
Players reach the right for new nationality (all days are passed), but they second nationality wont show.
Noboda of young players is satisfied when I ask top player to tutor them. IE they are not sure if Ballack would bring any benefit to them.

This will be because the loaning team have already agreed to buy that player.

This can depend on your chairman. Not all clubs will give you all the money you make.
The rest have already been logged and I'm pretty sure most of them have been fixed by the Beta patch.
Best thing to do is download the Beta patch and see if they still happen. If they do, then you can report them in the bugs forum and SI will take a look.

I use Beta Patch 2 and I haven't had either of these bugs, I've only had the red card problem in the unpatched game and I've never experienced the disallowed goals bug.
Ozi - if you have the time, have a look through the Bugs forum for the same issues you mention. I', pretty sure there's threads about most of them and you can add your comments to them.
