Technology to confirm decisions? Goal line, replay, etc?
I do not believe for one second that this is why Styles made a poor decision I am sure he just seen it from the corner of his eye and got it wrong. It does raise the question again though as to why decisions like this are not checked with the technology available.
Goal line technology, replay on penalty decisions, offside checks, etc. The FA seem very reluctant to make use of the technology though, why? It is used successfully in other sports and its not like football is not stop start, its full of needless fouls and diving but surely the technology will help eliminate this?
How many players will chance diving and bad challenges if they know they can be punished later?
