no you see in real life they do take part in that comp, they should be taking part in that comp. i tried to raise the reputation of these obscure comps in the editor as well as load a large database for my game but these competitions don;t even show up when i search.
do i have to load more players and countries from the region or what? or have a huge database?

According to the Guam FA website, the men's team only takes part in the East Asian Football Championship and the EAFF CHampionship.
I live in Singapore and have never seen Guam take part in the South East Asian Championships. Even calling them a part of South East Asia might be a stretch.
