Are there any Good Bugs out there?!

Just had a thought - every bug ever reported always seems to be a negative. Surely the game must throw up a few helpful bugs here and then. I know that some bugs will work both for and against the user (eg offside goals bug) but surely there's gotta be some stories where the AI keeper has charged up the pitch etc...

Yup. My Milan went on a killing spree - 20 league matches without losing & running away with the Scudetto. My mates are claiming it's one hell of a good bug.

Oh yes, I know an old one which is in there since the early CM series.

It’s very useful when you have almost no money…

Just offer all your players a new contract that is a little lower as their current ones.

Most will accept it.

Redo till all players do not accept any lower contract anymore.

I used these ‘technique’ once, I a club with lot of debts…

I don’t think that players would be that stupid in reality.

didn't they fix this with a patch on 06 or 07? either way, it doesnt work on 08.

There is one in italy that works with inter or a.c i think. Organise a match for your under 18s with your reserves and move all players to the first team, your u18s will be renewed with amazing players, offer them contracts to become professional and you have an amazing team.

You mean like the loan out any old player for millions in fees in '06.

Or get multiple feeder clubs at once in '07.

Also in '07, accept the pre-negotiation bid price.

Yeah, i don't know if there are any "good" bugs in '08.

If there's gonna be bugs, at least some of them should be good ones, right?

There used to be a bug where you could make a ridiculously high offer for a player, so it was guaranteed to get accepted, then before you offer him a contract you could set the offer back down to £0. A bug/cheat that was sometimes too tempting to not use.
