Don't know any from FM08 but have seen a few good bugs in the past.

CM Italia: The AI could do nothing when you played 2-3-5.

FM06: My friend often play with Real and Bayern always want to buy Ronaldo. You could sell him for a very, very, very high prize and a 50% sell on fee. Bayern would the go bankroupt, and you could buy Ronaldo back for nothing, and even get 50% of the money your self!

FM08 it's possible to get 5 feeder clubs every time you are offered one (don't know how).

If you play in Italy, send all of your youth and reserve players to your first team. Then visit your reserve team - it will be full of grey players who have very good CA, and some of them will have excellent PA as well. Offer them contracts, promote them to your first team when they accept. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I got a team of over 100 top class Italian players in my Milan side because of this :cool:

Unfortunately I think they've fixed it for the patch

I don't know for FM2008, but in all previous versions it worked with almost all players (for the real top, like Rooney or Ronaldhino it is unlikely that it will happen)

There was a handy bug last year for getting rid of your coaches/assistant managers. You could try terminating their contract, notice that you'd have to pay a few hundred thousand quid and say not to. Then offer them a new, rubbish contract so they refuse. You could then sack them for free.

There was a bug with one of the patches that made people's contractcs expire if they rejected a new deal.
