Thx for yet another fantastic game where i'm experiencing the succes i couldn't get in 07 but has been getting in every other game since 93/94.
Since i have finally found a tactic which can make me smile again the talk about the patch changing the match engine makes me a bit nervous. i'm not one of those players who just wants to win everything but i would still hate for my new tactic to become useless. it has not happened with prior patches but i still cannot help but wonder - can the patch make a good tactic become a bad tactic?
i tried reading the thread about the new patch to see if anybody already asked this question but if i have to read 12 pages i won't be playing the game tonight...

After the beta patch my team were playing wonderful football, I wasn't changing it to improve my results since watching it in the 2D match was so entertaining.
Since the updated beta patch I'm struggling to recreate it and my results have suffered.
thx for the quick response. i can already feel my frustration growing despite not having installed the patch yet. well, i guess i'll probably loose quite a few more chunks of hair but 07 more or less got me to the point where it doesn't really matter anymore...
Can the patch kill my tactic?
