I was just wondering how your manager knowledge of other countries (on your manager profile) was determined? And also whether this has any effect on potential jobs you might be offered? If so how do i raise them? Is it to do with your staff members?
3, The close proximity to other countries (e.g English staff having some knowledge of Scotland)
4, The nationality of your backroom staff
5, The nationality of your players.
Of ocurse, just because you have a French assistant manager it won't mean that after 5 years you will have 100% knowledge of the French football league but you'll have some.
If you start buying lot's pf players say from France your knowledge shows France as you buy lots of players from there so you obviously knopw a bit about the French. see
I think it also helps if your friendly with other managers. I had a slight friendship with Avram Grant and all of a sudden I had a slgiht knowledge of Israel. Theres a screen, can't quite remember which one, that shows you where the knowledge comes from, e.g. feeder club and Israel had Grant next to it.
