Default I need MAJOR help
IM trying to get on to the editor but i cant as when i click on sports interactive it comes up with fm 07 editor not 08

Try uninstalling FM07 and see if that helps. Alternatively go to the program files folder and navigate to the FM2008 folder and look for the editor. Once you find it right click on the icon and select 'pin to start menu'. You should then easily find the editor in future.
