I was always confused with those "additional fees" like per league appearance, 24 months etc. how do these exactly work?? for example lets say a player world class player i REALLY want cost US$70m, i only have 55m, is it possible to do 40m upfront and 30m over 24months (15m) = 55m striaght off? and with the per league appearance, is that automatically deducted from the transfer budget or is it considered not part of the transfer budget, confused ;-/ please explain... thanks!!

Transfer fee can divide into three parts. The firt part is the cash which means you should give these money to the target club. "24 months money is the second part, which stands for you should give the fee you declared in 2 years. And it's deducted by year. e.g. 24 months 30m means 15m per year. The last part is International appearance, league appearance, etc. This part is not calculated in you transfer budget. But if you paly a network game, it will be calculated.
