You mean I've been making my asst mgr take corners for nothing?! :eek: :p

Yeah 80%+ of FM players would know there's a corners attribute but there's always going to be people who are new to the series and don't bother reading the manual. *sigh*

SI needs to put some page 3 birds in there. That'd get people to read the manual. :p

I heard a rumor that someone with a high "penalty taking" attribute is a good candidate for taking a penatly.

Sounds like a load of balls to me - or a bug.
