Is it more mental attributes or coaching attributes?

i usually go for mental attributes, as well as JPA and JCA as i use my assistant to tell me what youth are doping wellk and what ones have no hope of making an impact on my first team.

Depends how many holiday games your playing red_mice but not really an important attribute tbh

I have plenty of coaches, so the Assistant is there just to keep an eye on the squad. Man Management, Determination, Motivation, Judging Ability and Potential, and if possible Working With Youngsters all need to be as high as possible.

The Judging abilities in particular, they need to be maxed out.

Motivating, man management, JPA/JPP, tactical knowledge.
