retired_Calin Registered User Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Make sure he's excellent at: Management Youth Tactical knowledge (not the same as tactical training !!!) And good at: Motivation Determination Discipline The other attributes are less important. Yes you can hire a trainer, scout and even physio as 'butt' manager. But they will not always accept this.
