in fm07 when i requested/negotiated 2-3 year term longer by 2 years or so i had no problems, but for fm08 im a bit afraid to ask for4 year contract because of known bugs like board expectations etc. can i request for a 4 year contract? any bugs to that and do you stillget sacked for going below expectations ;-) while in the middle of acontract, im sure they wont because if im getting paid 100,000/week and they wont sack a coach on20,000/week ;-0

Just ask for your contract. The patch should (hopefully) be out in a day or so and should fix any issues you have. It will also be save game compatible so you wont have to start a new game.
