You will have to check the small print but i belive if you offer them a fulltime contract they sign it when they turn 17 not straight away

15 year old players can not play in the Premiership without special dispensation. Assuming of course, that you are in the Premiership...

probably a precontract, check the transfer page and it'll likely say will sign a contract worth £xx/week on xx.xx.xxx
