I'm now in 2010 with southampton in my 2nd season in the premiership and every player i try to sign gets rejected a work permit is ridiculous. i don't know why they cant seem to get one. its like players from croatia and countries like that. anyone else had these problems

Not being funny but you need ti check the rules. I think you need to have players that have played 75% of their nations games if buying a non european player as an english side
If you do scout reports on players before you buy then often the scout will confirm if there will be difficulty in signing a player with potential work permit issues
Well there are rules, if the player is not an EU national they need to have played in something like 75% of the countries last 20 internationals.
Or to have a second nationality in the EU.
Or to have a really high reputation.
Or to be a rising star.
Alternatively, if you get a work permit feeder club I thought it was easier to get players as you can then send them out to your feeder club for a few years.
ive got Ratinho and kerlon both on loan at a feeder club for work permit issues. Ive just tried to sign Srna from Shakhtah and i scouted him and it doesnt mention anything about a permit i just dont get it lol

I think it can take up to 5 years when loaned at a feeder club (based in Belgium or Poland) that allows an EU 2nd nationality to be gained
