Guys my Assistant Manager is on his last 6 month of his contract and he is askin for 48,000/pw and the board is only allowing me 35,000/pw as i play Barcelona and i am 2M/week under the wages allowed.

Now i seek him a replacement so can you guys tell me what are the most important info for an Assistant Manager.

And another question i have 2 brazilian players who are eligible for spanish citizionship but they haven't taken it.. Is it cause i only have 2 Fgn players in my squad.. How will they turn spanish citizens

1. Best stats to look for IMO:
Tactical, Motivation, PA judgment and PP judgment, Decent stats for the rest. Raid some youth coaches.

2. They will consider it themselves, hopefully next season there will be an option under player interaction where we can 'nudge' them to take citizenship...

Have a read in the FM08 Manual section on backroom staff. This will detail SI's view

As chao Yang says, dont just look at Ass Men, look at coaches that match the stats you want but would be happy to be promoted to Ass Man :thup:

I dont think that it is automatic that a player takes up second nationality afetr they qualify- it is a personal choice and not all do.

Put an advert on Job Centre and pick from there, most coaches and A. Managers jump at chance to be Barcelona's right hand man!!
