im now at the end of year 2009. What i've noticed is that there is regens with high potential, over 180, maybe even 190. The problem seems to be in scouts. When i scout those players my scouts, who have judging player ca and pa 20, gives them only 4 stars out of seven, wich is kind a strange, espesially when those players dont need even work permit....

Those regens looked fine to me. They are quality. You guys must be hard to please.

Just starting my 2010-11 season with Derby so not that far in...but I've come across some absolutely quality regens so far, whether this is going to decline I don't know, but I'm happy at the moment.
And as for international squads being dominated by older players, this has absolutely always been the case.
