I bump through them all day - my work involves a lot of "computer time", e.g., time where my processor is doing work and I'm idling, so I'll read the boards then.
I try to stay active in GQ.
FM Stories is an amazingly excellent way to pass time.
T&TT is quite possibly the most useful forum.
Beyond those three, its occasional forays into the Bugs forum and a lurk-but-don't-post strategy in the LLaMa forum for me.
Advice - and not just for the LLaMa forum - find the forum header and rules the first time you bump into a new forum, and read them. Its polite - and can often keep you from looking like a numbskull in your first ten minutes.

I rarely use the forums when at home.

I work on a computer all day, and then when I'm not out with the girlfriend at night then I'm on the computer. So I spend a lot of time on here these days.
So while working / playing FM im also on the forums.
spend most of my time here, in GQ. But also spend a lot of time in the Challneges thread.
Pop into Graphics / Bugs / T&T once or twice a day, just to keep up to date, and then spend an hour or two reading (sometimes posting in) the OTF... mainly in the evenings after work, when im looking for a good old chuckle.!
