I wouldn't class Hull as particularly LLM, maybe League 2 and below otherwise by the time you get to the BSN/BSN its the Literially the Lowest of the Lower League Management! LLLLM!

How ever good post, better than constant complainers who can't play the game unless they have an endless pursuit to get Messi and Rooney etc to the Liverpool/Man Utd/Chelsea/Barca sides and complain that they cost them £120 mil!

I started a game with Hull, but quit after about 15 games. I was top of the league and unbeaten. You start with £2m to spend, which allows you to buy Piatti, Mihlec, Arraliato and all the other young starts knocking around for next to nothing. Plus you can raise another £1m from selling current squad players, add to this the quality players they already have, Pederson, Okacha, Ricketts, Brown etc, top 6 first season is defo a possibility.

How to have success?

•Select a tactic and stay with it.

In the past I used 4-1-3-2 with High Passing/Pressing
Currently I use a simple attacking 4-4-2, with untouched settings.
Only the attacking rate is almost at maximum and I play with my defenders in a forwarded direction.

•Get awesome trainers
•Make sure they are doing 7 star trainings
•Select the best 11 from your entire squad
•Select the second best 11 from your entire squad
•Put those 22 in your A team and remove the others to the B-team and youth
•Remove weak unpromising youth by selling them or just releasing
•Only buy high promising youth, don’t waste your time with losers.
•Sell weak unpromising B-team players
•Search constantly for the weakest link in your team and replace him by one who’s better.
•Praise your players when needed but make sure they can’t play with your feet: be strict & fair
•Never hire dumb players or very aggressive ones
•Sell a player always when he’s 28 (or older). After that age his worth will generally drop thus maximize the profits.
•Weaken your direct opponents by buying their best players and youth
•Make your most important opponent nervous by using war language, hate their manager, etc...
•Improve your training facilities and youth academy to the highest level, expand your stadium ASAP.
•Negotiate one year contracts for yourself then you can ask each year more money and ask to improve the facilities or extend the stadium.

I was never fired since using CM3. Really never!

And sooner or later I always become a rich champion team. Doesn’t matter which team/league/country I selected. By instance, under my management Stockport County won the Premier League…

I do sometimes weird things. Racing Genk (a top team in Belgium) was playing once in the Third division, so I had some pity and offered my services.

I fired and sold everyone and restarted with the best Belgian youth I could find. I allowed myself only to buy Belgian and not older then 21 years old.
Two years later I was again in the top league! Three years later in the top league, I was champion with only Belgian youth.

I’m wondering if I could retrieve success in the Premier League only by buying players with the name Smith.

When my team is champion-ready in the highest league then I’ll be champion 3 of the 5 years.
In the lower leagues it is far easier.

I don’t win lots of European prizes (when I enter a European Cup 6 times, I will win it once), ‘cause the factor luck is weighting heavier as in the league.

I agree with you Mizan 100% but the main thing is that people enjoy the game whichever they choose
