I haven't seen this in any of the FM series. I know on Champ Man you can complain about ref's. I know there is the Media Response thing after a controversial moment, but that rarely works in your favor, and they [ref's] always get away with being a moron xD

Anyone agree that the Ref's are complain pain's in the butthole? Along with them idiotic Linesmen!

i agree it's one of the things i miss from the split between the 2 company's the ref's get away with murder, i think like real life if we get a bad call from a ref in the game the head of ref's should contact us to say sorry and demote that ref from the league.

Completely agree - I was playing as Liverpool, and against local rivals Everton, and I had the 2nd worst ref in the league. The only worse ref had only been in charge for 1 game.
Anyway, he denied me a stone wall penalty, which the FA agreed with, which cost me 2 points, but then I had him in the next match against Newcastle 3 days later, where he again put in a bad performance, and again cost me 2 points.

If you are on about in the game the refs need improving well that's alright.

But if you are on about them IRL well...

You try doing it
They are only human
No officials, no game
No mistakes then post-match will be boring (no controversy etc.)

the other feature from that fm game i loved was being able to ask for you next game to be posteponed. every now and then i have to play a match on an international date and only have a handful of players!
