How come when another team makes an offer for one of my player, I cannot add his "on loan" player to be exchanged.

But when I exit negotiation page, and enter the player's info page, I can buy him and add the player they wanted as part of the negotiation.
Only thing that's different is transfer will go through after loan period.

Well whats the problem with that, they move to that club after their loan, so effectively they've already moved
