Chelsea's relegation in 2015 was strange - it's feasible should Abramovich lose interest, but not when they have both stacks of money and a decent manager.

in fm07 newcastle ended up in the conference after about 15 seasons,

well look at the cups history history, league and fa cup, to note in real life, some clubs winning but in today's terms would never manager it. Why should we not expect this to change in the future...sugar daddies can buy any club

on 07, ireland won the world cup in 2010, they had some pretty good players, but they were hardly a world class bunch, and Ipswich in league 2 less then 20 years after i took them to a surprise league title (so surprising that I knew when I won it that i'd be sacked after the next season, I was right)

The funny thing is Southend's rise to the top was followed by rapid decline!!!

I found them languishing in League Two after about 10 years, they became my feeder club!

Deltablue-
Ireland wining the World Cup, same thing happened to me, they also went to the final in Euros...

Maybe a glimpse into the future.....

Man Utd relegated in 2013 already and is almost bankrupt

Newcastle utd in League one

i WAS gonna say Man city in champions league final but it isnt THAT ridiculous now i guess

As Reading manager my ground was expanded up to 37k and then the next season the club decided to build a new ground at the cost or £133m

Considering the Madejski Stadium is only 9 years old & fully extendable, this must be a record.
