One feature that I felt was always missing in this game (and previous versions of it) was a way to easily compare your complete squad.

There seems to be no real way to see (for example) who has the best passing skill throughout your first team, your reserves and your youth as a whole.

I went to the trouble to do this, so I moved EVERYONE to the first team just so I could easily compare my whole squad.

And I must admit, I found a lot of surprising talent. After a while, playing this game you get comfortable with a certain set of players and often you tend to forget about the up and coming 18 year old...

Using this method I was able to really see all my players in a new light...

you don't need to move them, just go to the main team and try to edit the filters, there is an option there to show the u-19 in the main team screen.

Try the coaches report. If you have a high rating Ass man with high stats in Judging players, his comments show up in the coaches report on where the player is ranked currently at the club, and potential. He even recommends who to tutor the player.

A nice inclusion.
