Well i Play Barcelona and i have an assistant manager Alex Miller and he is currently on last 4 month contract and require a 48,000$/w to renew and the board only allow a 35,000S/w although um 2M under weekly wages.

So um in seek of a new assistant manager what are the attributes required for a good asistant manager.

The second question is i signed a couple of brazilian players in the start of the game and now they are eligible for Spanish nationality but they haven't turned to Spanish citizens yet.. Um on season 09-10 and i want to know when will they change to spanish citizens if i ever get any other fgn player..

In answer to the first question I tend to look for (if possible) 15+ for Motivation, Judging Potential and Ability.

From a legal view it will take 2 years at minimum before they can get the Spanish nationality.

But some players are not that motivated and slow down the process.

Others don't want the Spanish nationality at all...

But most of them will accept it when they are playing for 2 years in your A-team.
