RIDICULOUS STADIUM BUG!!

Johnboy, thats what i did. i was fortunate to have a save game from 8.8.09. with the completion date set for the 19th of August. Upon completion, the stadium had the correct capacity. Seeing as how i was only in September when i realized how off it was, i'm not that bothered tbh. Oddly enough, on my first game, prepatch, with ManCity, our stadium was expanded correctly, with no reduction of seats upon completion. rather odd.

Also, Richard, i used the newest patch, if thats any help.

its the 2nd time happened to me already

the first time the maths were not right during the expansion but the numbers r back to normal once the expansion complete

my 2nd expansion is due to finish in a fortnight i'll post what happened

it will definately work but allow stadium ciompletion to over-run. You ever see any builders finishing on time? FM is no different

As far as previous games have gone I've had a news item saying the expansion has been complete and that was that.

Richard C - nothing to worry about. Stadium completion is reported as a specific date for completion. Sometimes in the game it over-runs a few weeks. I suspect thats SI having a little laugh on the fact builder often fail to hit their completion target

Willc - You'll have to follow the advice given already in this thread. If you don't have a save game pre-first stadium expansion to can restore to and apply the patch you may wish to restart the game with the latest patch or even better with the new full patch

Or perhaps accept this as a challenge and hope when your capicity is reduced to one person he is happy to pay £5million a ticket to watch

Well the builders finished on time (we've got good contractors in Leicester).

Bed time now we'll see what my capacity is when I play again after work tomorrow.
