Nope. If instead of using the "accept" shortcut button embedded in the news item, you click the "view offer" thing, you can then accept it there and select "accept all loans" exactly like you could before.

When you are picking you squad and at the top it use to tell you what postions you have picked and which postions you havent, and they use to go red when that play couldnt play

If you mean "Split Screen" view during match, it's still there, just the display doesn't default to it at the start of the match and it resets to single pane every match. Hopefully they'll sort that with the first patch though. I'm sure FM07 demo and pre-patch release did exactly the same...
