In lower leaugues its never a good idea to hang on to want away plyers as they do effect team morale if still selected. Especially if there mental stats are high.

I've put him in the reserves and moved a CH in his postition who's more effective than him. On a unbeaten run of 11 games since consigbnining him to the reserves and will accept all offers in January
