Started with Tourquay using the first patch. First off think the game is great (can put up with the few glitches). First season I started off great then come 1st February, I couldnt get a result against anyone literally until 1st April. Thought thats fairer enough, start the next season, exactly the same thing has happened lost 2 games up until February the 1st, then didnt win another game until April. Both seasons this resulted in me slipping out the playoffs.

It seems players rating 7/8 a game suddlenly hit 5/6 every game. Is there something I can do, tried fresh loan players but doesnt seem to inject anything.

By the way found an awsemome player at Conference level, Matt Green from Cardiff scored 35+ goals both seasons.

Anyone got any tips?

Teams may be figuring out your tactics, try changing things around, e.g go more defensive and counter attack to prevent you from leaking too many goals. Another thing it may is fatigue with your players. Try rotating things during the season. Hope this helps, could be lots of other things though.

It isn't tactics, it's fatigue. There are ways to manager it, although it is harder at lower league level...

1. If you are two or three up then take a couple of players off. The odd ten or twenty minutes hereand there can make a big difference.
2. Give your young players a complete rest two or three times a season.
3. Lay off the closing down when you don't need it.
4. Rotate your team during the Christmas and New Year period. This is when you have the most games and it is just too much to ask everyone to play every minute.
5. If you have games two or three days apart then give the players a day of training.
