do you get compensation if your player gets injured whilst playing for his country?

or can you claim for it or anything?
is it in the game if not i think it should be cos you could lose you best player for months on end

i dont thik ive ever had a seroius injury (more than a month ) occur to one of my players from international duty

would be a nice addition if you did recieve compensation , as it did happen with newcastle over the michael owen , they recieved £6 mil

erm... i dunno, maybe you should if it's a long term injury, but then, what if you've got a star player from a country whose FA is relatively poor? surely that's stealing?

i think this was asked a while ago, and dave c came on and said that you do get SOME money for international injuries, but the game doesn't notify you of this, although from personal experience it's a fraction of what RL teams get for long term injuries, something to be looked at for FM09 hopefully?
