ummm maybe I am being blind but I cant find anything about senior players tutoring yth players and yet when you look at other team players say in the Jan transfer window some of them have tut by thier name. How can my players assist my yth players like this. I have to say I had issues on WoW with the chat commands, it was in the instruction manual but I just didnt see it lol and had to ask for help as well. Bit dumb really. Any help appreciated!

Go to young player you want tutored then click player interaction. You will then see option Learn from Player.

Which is best stratedy to fing good (best)ú tutor for young player ?
In my games - are cca 60% players unsure of tutoring benefit.

usually you go to Personal Screen and sometimes it will show 'similar type of player as xxxxxx' and usually use that guy to tutor it will work.

i tend to check the coach reports. it usually says something like

Coach A/B/C/D feels that Player Y would benefit from being tutored by Player X/Z. then i check their personalities on the main squad screen by clicking view... assistants reports. then i make a decision based on those. generally the coaches are more or less right

Another little hint. There are 3 options of tutoring, pick the bottom one, if after the tutoring he says it worked then pick the next one and so on.

The reason for this is ive found if the bottom one doesnt work, the players in question dont dislike each other afterwards like they do in the other two options, if that makes any sense.
