For scouting, which regions are the best to send ur scouts to uncover rough diamonds and young hot prospects?

It depends on your club... If you're a low division - Just ensure you choose to load all Brazilian players in the database and any region in Europe has loads of cheap Brazilians (although central and southern has the most culprits) which will improve your team!

Make sure you're managing in the Dutch/German leagues etc though as you may struggle to get a work permit or find all your foreigner slots being used up.

Bulgaria is a hot bed of cheap talent also good results in mexico.

I would recommenrd loading players from a certain nation ie serbia and have a proper good look round!!!

how do you train up your talents, share some strategies or ideas ;-)

I basically give them tutoring, make sure i got class coahces and facilities... and around 18 when their current ability is at least over 100 (pa min. 175) i send them out on loan... but doesnt always work out anything different?

Bulgaria, wtf??? are u playing with cremonese or what.. all the big talents are in south america-especially brazil, argentina, chile, colombia.. there are some in peru, paraguay and ecuador too

Always found great keepers in Mid East in '07 that I sold for wads of cash. Wonder if I can repeat that little wonder.
