i must say that in bulgaria there are lots of young players that would fit in a mediocre team in England, Spain or Italy (and i mean in the top division). but i think they probably won't become superstars.
and i think buying young brazilian players always brings success to smaller clubs.

Ireland has been my hot bed for talent ludicrously cheap aswell. The best player in the world on my FM07 is Irish. I have 3 Irish players in my Premiership winning team.

brazil and argentina by a mile, although there are obviously world class players from elsewhere (i've had a fair few from austria) but brazil is the most consistent source of world class talent, not that cheap though.

The hotbeds of talent don't seem to remain consistant in my game.

I used to have a squad full of Brazillians, then Italians, and now it's full of Scotsmen.

Sierra Leone's always been a top spot of talent for me, they may only generate one player every three years, but he's usually damn good!

If you want cheap, the best thing to do is check out the obscure countries. Have had a couple of Taiwaneese gems recently.

Don't rule out any nations, ealier in my save, the best defender in the world was from the US Virgin Islands (although he had a prsonality of "spineless")

I would go with Mid East aswell.

America starts producing some top lyers eventually aswell!

Turkey and Greece have done very well for me - even kids at the top Turkish clubs always seem desperate to come to central Europe for hardly anything. I had four Turkish homegrown youngsters in my Champions League winning squad, and 2 Albanian/Greeks.

People always say that loads of amazing talent comes from Scandinavia but I've never got any amazing players from there. It has to be South America for me, just check all their U-20s each season and you should find some good talent.

South America, countries like Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Chile have some great young talent and fairly cheap prices.

Run all the leagues in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You might find the next Solskjær
