They also came out with 2 nil, 3 nil. Not sure thats how you spell nil, but so many memories of this game when I was little. I know this is probably the wrong forum to write this but it was so long ago and it has nothing on FM! But man I wont be suprised if that game was the start of this great franchise. I remember Scouts finding young players and I kept doing it until I got some studs and playing them would make them so much better. anyone else remember this game?
They still making games?

One-Nil was made by New Era Software, back in the pre-Windows days (although I seem to remember a "One-Nil 95" patch which made it run on Windows 95). And it was great. It had a pretty decent 2D engine, a decade before FM.
I don't remember Two-Nil / Three-Nil though, are you sure you're not mistaken? You might be confusing it with "Goal" and "Goal 2", the international-only spinoffs: http://www.ibiblio.org/GameBytes/iss...ews/goal2.html |

I remember One-Nil.
Never played it myself though, but the name rings a bell.

Oh, and I've never heard of 2-0 or 3-0. Think you've made them up! |

I'm almost certain there wasn't a Two-Nil etc. I was a pretty big fan of the games back in the day (this was back in the pre-internet days, when most games purchasing was via mail order catalogues) and things seemed to dry up on the New Era front after One-Nil 95 / Goal 2.
That's what this says too: http://www.mobygames.com/browse/game...re/list-games/
I think they changed their name, or were bought out or something, and became Wizard Games. Not sure if they still exist.

Dont remember playing this game, although my first manager game was Football Director, for the Commodore 64.
