If u start off unemployed and on automatic u have no expierence and it very hard to find a club.

I start always national, even the lowest managers managing championship clubs are national reputation, dont like going any lower than that.

either sunday league footballer (when i went a real unemployment challenge) or proffesional player ( when i want an easier unemployed challenge , or when i play as newcastle )

with ex internation footballer I was world class after gaining promotion to the championship with leeds.

The lower your reputation the"easier" your game will be as the board will expect less from you. If your reputation is the ex international player then they will be expecting a lot.

At least that is what it was like in past FMs but with the new one where you can select promotion / mid table finish etc. it may make no difference :thumbup:
