Play mp3s if you must. Would be a big waste of time otherwise.

Its not possible, just use windows media player or similar as suggested.

They have this on FIFA Manager and it is quite relaxing and good at times. Other times it gets on my nerves and there is no easy way to change song

It only consumes memory+cpu, if you really want to :
* play a cd
* use winamp
* if no other option available, use media player, but still would prefer to not play music instead
