To everybody that is doing this: STOP IT!. All it's doing is delaying the patch because it's slowing the whole site for EVERYBODY.

| Agree with that. It's just taken me 5 minutes to get on the site, everytime I tried to connect I got server error messages. Will give it another 30 mins & check back again.

I'd like to think that the servers will hold up just fine, After all, they do have download only sales that would require a fair amount - I'd imagine all extra hosts/servers/bandwidth will be easily switched to cater for the patch, if needed.
With that in mind, I would think that the patch will run at about 50-75% of your DSL speed.
