Where get's the game the data from where it says X could be the next Y' in the player profile, had the idea to add some names bu don't know what file it is, any ideas?

Err... Sounds like you might be talking about the data editor??? It's located in program files/FM folder

I believe the game compares a young player to established players and chooses a good 'fit' based on player attributes, nationality etc - there isn't a list. In that way, it will work for newly generated players over the full course of the game.

Well in the editor there is Create retired player or something like that so I assume maybe that is it?
